rocky road

i LOVE rocky road!
i also LOVE this slice. it is so easy & doesn't require any baking.
my aunty lynn makes awesome rocky road (very superior to my effort) which i also LOVE!

no yukky glace cherries in this house!

 take nearly a packet of both marshmellows & one of berry lollies & chop them all in half.  add some chopped apricots & a handful of blanched almonds. MIX.

while chopping, melt 400g of chocolate.

then bash up a pack of bickies.

add bickie bits to lollies & apricots & then cover & smother with firstly a tin of condensed milk, followed by all the chocolate.

smooth everything into a lined slice pan or two & leave in the fridge to set for 2+ hours. then unveil, slice & devour! :)
